How have I never heard of beer cheese soup?! This must be a northern thing. I have to be honest and say I don’t love beer, but whoever thought of beer and cheese together… genius!

I think it might be a Northern thing!
I wouldn’t say I could eat it every day because it can be heavy (a bowl of cheese!?) but it does hit the spot on a cold day along with a glass of beer! I don’t think you have to be a big beer drinker to like it–think more cheese, than beer!
What an eyefull of delight! I like the beer cheese soup too!
