Case of the Mondays?

Good Morning!

Why does  Monday always come so fast? I swear Friday is here and then suddenly Monday morning has rolled around.

St. Patrick’s Day is coming so today I am sharing some great recipes for the holiday and a few other St. Patrick’s Day inspired things. I am by no means Irish but I have always enjoyed St. Patrick’s day. In college it was especially fun. :)

Wrap it Up: Corned Beef Cabbage Rolls This would be a great dish for St. Patrick’s Day and something a little different than the normal corned beef.

Slurp Worthy: Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup Another great recipe idea for St. Patrick’s Day that is hearty and pretty healthy.

Sweet Tooth: Guinness Stout Brownie Pretzel Bars There is a lot of goodies mixed into these brownies. Brownies are good on their own but throw Guinness and pretzels in and it takes them to another level!

Escape: Ireland This view is breathtaking and the green makes me so happy. When I think of Ireland I imagine green cliffs just like this.

Mini: Mini Corned Beef Sandwiches Great bite sized sandwiches for a party or get together. I love finger foods because people can sample a variety of foods without feeling guilty!

Dip it In: Guinness and Cheddar Dip I love dips (if you haven’t already noticed)..especially anything involved cheese. This is the perfect dip for the holiday!

To Sip On: Shamrock Shake A shamrock shake without all of the added ingredients you can’t pronounce.  This looks delicious (especially that thin mint garnish).

Warm Me Up: Irish Coffee I could sip on one of these delicious Irish Coffees that are so easy to make.

For the Health of It: Purple Cabbage Slaw  Lets end it on a healthy note!  This purple cabbage slaw is beautiful, healthy and the greek yogurt dressing looks especially tasty.

Thanks! I’d like to get on a plane tomorrow and go? I imagine St. Patts is that much better over there! :)

  4. I think all of these look fantastic and really delicious! I love corned beef, cabbage, Guinness, etc… all so yummy! I’m going to have to pin some of these to try.

  5. Living can be quite simple if you know what to do on a daily basis. My kids and husband have given me the tag “Master Chef”. Somehow, I have everything I need to satisfy their cravings at my fingertips. But, this would not have been possible without a cedar spoon.
