Good Morning!
Today I am taking a break from my typical Case of the Mondays post (which will return next week) to bring you one of my favorite go-to salad recipe, Tabbouleh Pasta Salad.
As I mentioned before Tabbouleh is one of my favorite salads to eat. I recently found a salad from Trader Joes that is similar to Tabbouleh but is more of a pasta salad. If you have been following along with A Cedar Spoon you know I like pasta salads. They are easy for the little ones to eat, healthy and great dishes for big family get togethers or lunches throughout the week. I was inspired to try and recreate it at home and came up with this Tabbouleh Pasta Salad.
This salad is versatile and can be a healthy lunch option, something you bring to a picnic or serve alongside a dinner. The pasta, vegetables and chickpeas make this salad kid-friendly and healthy.
Head over to The Lemon Bowl for my Tabbouleh Pasta Salad recipe and to learn about a few of the health benefits from eating this salad. I am guest posting over there today while Liz is traveling.
Have a great day!

Thanks Lisa! That is so nice of you. It is one of my favorite pasta salads, especially once tomatoes are in season!
I love pasta salad and I love tabbouleh but I’ve never put them together. I will now.

Thanks Maureen! I think tabbouleh works great in this pasta salad–I hope you like it!
What a fresh and beautiful salad. I have to leave out the feta but all else is perfect. Thanks!
Thanks Ginny! It would taste great without the feta.
