I unearthed 3 bat-sized zucchini yesterday from an overgrown part of the lawn. [I knew about one of them, the other 2 were a surprise. A pleasant surprise.] Now I’ve got many bags of frozen shredded zucchini to play with over the winter–so thank you for a variety of suggestions!
I love finding things in my garden. Zucchini seems to hide and I always fine them when they are huge! 🙂 Freezing it for winter is a great idea.
