A Coffee Smoothie is a great way to start your day or give yourself that afternoon boost you might need. Coffee, Silk Caramel Creamer, ice, vanilla and a frozen banana are blended together to create a delicious pick-me-up.
- 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup Silk® Caramel Almond Creamer
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, pour in a cup and enjoy!
Other ideas to add to the smoothie: 1/2 cup instant cook oats, protein powder or chia seeds.
