Cherry season is upon us and what better way to celebrate then whipping up a quick Dark Chocolate Cherry Smoothie. Fresh cherries, banana, dark chocolate cocoa powder and yogurt making this a delightfully creamy smoothie.



  • 12 fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup plain yogurt {you can use Greek yogurt for more tangy flavor}
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder {I use Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder}
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon honey {or natural sweetener}
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 ice cubes


  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
