Frozen Greek Yogurt Fruit Bites are a fun treat for adults and kids, especially in the warmer months. Greek Yogurt is mixed with fresh fruit and honey and frozen into a bite sized snack that is packed with protein!

  • 1 cup Stonyfield plain Greek Yogurt {I used whole milk Greek but use whatever you like, plain yogurt even works}
  • 3 Tablespoons honey {more for sweetness}
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup silvered almonds {optional}
  • Optional: It is fun to add a sprinkle of granola to the bottom of the ice cube trays or mix it in with the Greek yogurt mixture. This adds a little extra crunch.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and spoon into ice cube trays or on wax paper on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until totally frozen through.

The amount this makes really depends on how big you make your bites. You can use ice cube trays {try a fun shape} if you want.

Try a variety of fruit–cut up strawberries or blackberries also works nicely.
