Tender and juicy steak mixed with fresh grilled vegetables makes these Grilled Steak Fajitas a family favorite. Let your family choose their garnishes to make this meal interactive and fun.
Today I am sharing one of my families go-to grilling recipes in the warmer months or for Memorial Day weekend (I can’t believe Memorial Day weekend is here already!).
Grilled Steak Fajitas are juicy and flavorful and perfect for the family because everyone can load their favorite toppings on to create their ultimate fajitas.
Fajitas are one of my favorite dishes to order at Mexican restaurants and these taste just as good. You can control the ingredients you marinate the meat in which means you know what you are putting into your body. You also get to pick your cut and type of meat that you use. I suggest marinating the meat overnight but if you have limited time 2 hours will do.
Grilling season is my favorite time of year because it allows you to be outside while your food cooks, enjoy a nice refreshing drink and spend time with family & friends and I hope you get to do that this weekend!

Grilled Steak----I haven't had any in any form yet this season. This year finds me without a grill. I haven't decided whether to replace it or not. But all the grilling recipes are coming out, so I suspect I will be swayed.
