Peach Banana Orange Smoothie makes you feel like you are sipping a smoothie in a tropical place. Fresh, sweet flavors mix perfectly with protein packed almond milk and creates the perfect afternoon pick me up or smoothie for breakfast.
In January I have been talking a lot about hitting the reset button and making small changes in your life in order to reach your goals for 2015.
Incorporating a more plant based diet is something I started focusing on last year. As 2015 started I made sure to keep this in the front of my mind and try to continue to focus on this. Using Silk in things like smoothies, cereal or oatmeal is an easy, delicious way to start adding more plants to your diet. And like the plants Silk is made from, when your body gets everything it needs to be healthy, it blooms. This is a big theme for Silk this year and something they are focusing on that ‘Silk Helps You Bloom.’
Today’s Peach Banana Orange Smoothie is one of my new favorites. The peach, banana, orange and vanilla almondmilk go great together. Recently I been making smoothies after my work outs so trying out new flavors and combinations is a must so I don’t get bored.

Thanks you for this delicious looking recipe! Know this site is to promote plant based nutrition, but I can't do almond milk due to nut allergy. Anyone try this with greek yogurt or plain milk? Thanks!

I have tried both of those and they were great. Greek Yogurt makes it taste a bit tangier and plain milk just doesn't add as much flavor. Both work well though.

I use Silk products. I got a new nutribullet for Xmas. Can you see where this is going? Laughing. Yum!
