Pesto Salmon with Pesto Parmesan Orzo is a quick, easy and healthy dinner that can be put on the table in 20 minutes!



  • 2 packages {4 filets} of Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Salmon with Garden Pesto, cooked according to package
  • 8 oz. orzo pasta {you can also use whole wheat or gluten-free}
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons + 1 teaspoon pesto
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted {optional}


  1. Bake the salmon according to the package.
  2. While the salmon bakes, cook the orzo according to the package. Remove from the heat and stir in the parmesan cheese and pesto and set aside until the cheese is melted.
  3. Heat a dry large skillet over medium-low heat and toast pine nuts, stirring frequently, until pine nuts are golden in spots, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. Once the salmon is done serve warm over a 1/2 cup of the pesto parmesan orzo and toasted pine nuts {optional}.
