Pomegranate Green Smoothie is a packed with nutritious super foods including spinach and pomegranate seeds. It is full of fruity flavors and gives you a nice pop of energy in the morning or as a pick me up on the go.



  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk {you can use cow’s, almond, coconut, ect}
  • 1/2 cup low fat Stonyfield yogurt {you can also use Stonyfield Organic nonfat Greek Yogurt}
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds {I use frozen but you can use fresh}
  • 2 cups frozen spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey {or sweetener of your choice}


  1. Put the ingredients in the blender in the order above and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
