When making this recipe you need to have salsa verde on hand. You can either buy your favorite brand in the store or you can make your own using my Fresh Tomatillo Salsa recipe. My advice is to buy the mild or medium if you are going that route, as the spicy can give off a lot of heat. If you make the homemade version you can make a big batch and save the leftovers as a dip throughout the week. My favorite!
Since we are now in the month of July I have ramped up my summer bucket list. I realized that we are more than half way through the warm months and that has me freaking out.
