Description

You can use whatever yogurt you like. I use Greek yogurt for the added protein but anything works. Try plain or strawberry!

You can also use a variety of fruit in this recipe, from fresh blueberries, mango & pineapple or even watermelon!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt {or yogurt of your choice}
  • 1/3 cup 1 % milk {or milk alternative like soy milk, almond milk or coconut milk}
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 8 oz. strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup granola {optional}

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth except granola.
  2. Fill each popsicle mold about 3/4 of the way full and if you are using granola sprinkle a small amount of granola at the end of each popsicle. Then put the lid on and insert a stick into each about ¾ of the way in.
  3. Freeze for about 5 hours or until they are set.
  4. When you are ready to enjoy the popsicles set the mold in warm water for 10-20 seconds and the popsicles should come out easily.

This made me 10 popsicles but it will depend on the size of your mold. If you have leftover popsicle mix it tastes great as a smoothie drink so feel free to just drink the leftovers! 🙂
