EASY BLUE CHEESE BURGER

This Easy Blue Cheese Burger recipe is the perfect easy weeknight burger. An angus BUBBA beef burger is quickly grilled or cooked in a skillet and topped with rich, creamy blue cheese, sliced red onion and arugula.

INGREDIENTS

– 4 Angus BUBBA burgers – Red Onion, thinly sliced – Arugula – 1/2 cup heavy cream – 1/3 pound crumbled blue cheese, divided – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 4 buns

TO COOK THE BURGERS:

Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook your Angus BUBBA burgers on the grill straight from the freezer (no thawing required).

TO MAKE THE BLUE CHEESE SAUCE:

Heat a medium sized pot over medium heat.  Add the cream and simmer on medium-low for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

TO ASSEMBLE THE BURGER:

Set out 4 buns and top with arugula, red onion, and then the burgers. Top the burger with the blue cheese 

My favorite thing about these burgers is that you can pull them straight from the freezer and cook them on the grill or in a skillet and have them on the table in under 10 minutes.
