First you need to select the fish you want to use when making fish tacos. I personally love using cod but I think any light, white fish works nicely. Of course shrimp also makes a nice addition to seafood style tacos. Next once you select the seafood, so for example cod, decide if you will just cook it as is or if you want it breaded.
HOW TO MAKE SLAW FOR FISH TACOS
I created a quick slaw for these tacos. I used red cabbage and regular cabbage. To save time feel free to pick up a bag of coleslaw mix from the store. From there I added in sour cream, Greek yogurt along with taco seasoning and cilantro. You can add extra spice or jalapeños for heat! It is so easy and the slaw is what really takes the easy fish tacos to the next level.
