IS SEA BASS HEALTHY FOR ME?
Black sea bass is low in calories and fat, is a good source of protein, selenium, and contains omega-3 fatty acids. It has low to moderate levels of mercury.
You can easily skip the breading and just season the sea bass with salt and pepper. I like to drizzle a bit of olive oil and lemon juice on the fish if I am not doing a breading.
