Pan Fried Fish

Easy Pan Fried Fish creates a nice crust on the outside of the fish and a juicy, flaky inside. This is one of my favorite quick ways to make white fish!

INGREDIENTS

• white fish fillets • sea salt • ground black pepper • vegetable oil • flour For the Crust: • garlic powder • panko breadcrumbs • Italian seasoning • parmesan cheese • egg

Season the fish. Add flour to one dish, create the crust mixture in another bowl, and beat the egg in another.

Coat the fish and set aside.

Fry the fish on both sides. Lay the fish on a plate with a paper towel and remove excess oil.
