FAJITA LETTUCE BURGERS

This Fajita Lettuce Burger uses BUBBA angus beef burgers that are topped with your favorite fajita style bell peppers and onions and served on a lettuce wrap. You will love this low carb option that is still flavorful and filling!

– BUBBA ANGUS BURGERS – BELL PEPPERS – RED ONION {OR SWEET ONION} – HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING OR FAJITA SEASONING – SLICED TOMATOES – ICEBURG LETTUCE

FOR THE GRILL:

Heat the grill to medium high heat. Cook your BUBBA angus burgers on the grill straight from the freezer (no thawing required). Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side.

FOR THE SKILLET:

Heat a large non-stick or cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Cook your Original BUBBA burgers on the skillet straight from the freezer (no thawing required). Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.

FOR THE FAJITA BELL PEPPER & ONION MIXOR THE GRILL:

Thinly slice the bell peppers and onion . Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium hight heat.

TO ASSEMBLE YOUR BURGERS:

Place the iceburg lettuce leaf on a plate. Top with a slice of tomato, the burger and 1/4 of the fajita bell pepper mix. Enjoy!
