Mediterranean Naan Bread Pizza

Mediterranean Naan Bread Pizza is a colorful, healthy appetizer or meal filled with your favorite Mediterranean ingredients. Naan bread is topped with a creamy layer of hummus and topped with tomatoes, olives, artichokes, greens, olives, green onions and parsley and finished off with a drizzle of olive oil. You can serve this cold or warm!

This Mediterranean Naan Pizza takes traditional pizza and puts a Mediterranean twist on it with a layer of hummus and feta cheese along with other delicious Mediterranean ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

2 large flatbread or naan  1 - 10 ounce package Etsi Roasted Red Pepper Hummus  1/2 cup of kalamata and green olives, quartered 6 ounces artichokes in oil, drained and chopped 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the hummus in an even layer on each flatbread or naan. Top the each flatbread with the olives, artichokes, tomatoes, feta, micro greens, green onions and parsley split evenly. Garnish with fresh parsley and a balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
