Shirazi Salad 

This Shirazi Salad Recipe is a light, fresh salad that makes a perfect topping for rice bowls, hummus bowls, on wraps or alongside grilled meats. Diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and bell peppers are mixed with fresh herbs and a lime, sumac and olive oil dressing!

INGREDIENTS

• Roma tomatoes • English cucumber • red onion • green bell pepper • fresh cilantro • fresh dill • fresh mint • sumac • limes • extra virgin olive oil • salt and pepper

Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, parsley, cilantro, dill, and fresh mint. Then, combine the dressing ingredients.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
