Ingredients
1 - 15ouncebox of French Vanilla Cake Mix
2eggs
1/3cupvegetable oil
Add-ons like sprinklesicing or candy
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs and oil for 2 minutes until well combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and place the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Line two baking trays with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Use a cookie scoop to portion out the chilled dough onto your prepared cookie sheets, at least 3" apart.
Bake for 7-9 minutes, until spread, cracked on top and puffed up. They should not start to brown.
Allow to cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheets before removing to a cooling rack to cool completely.
If you are icing the cookies use your favorite store-bought or you can make your own icing.
Keep cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze them for longer storage.

Store cooled cookies in an airtight container up to 7 days.
You can also freeze these cookies in an airtight container or ziplock bag in a single layer for up to 3 months.
