Season the chuck roast and place it in a slow cooker. Pour the salsa mixture over the beef and cook on low until tender enough to shred with a fork.

Arrange a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet, followed by a layer of black beans, shredded beef, and cheese. Then, repeat for a second layer.

Bake until cheese is melted. Then, take the nachos out of the oven and add toppings such as tomatoes, salsa, cilantro, green onions, red onion, jalapeños, and more. Enjoy while it's still warm!
