MILK: When I make smoothies I use whatever milk I have on hand, which is usually 2%. You can also use any dairy substitute you like. I find oat or almond milk to be a nice option.

Milk Greek yogurt Banana Frozen blueberries Fresh spinach Frozen pomegranate seeds Honey Chia seeds
