Kosher Salt Farfalle Pasta Garlic Cloves Olive Oil Bunch of Kale Chickpeas Lemon Pecorino Romano
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt and the pasta. Cook until the pasta is al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and strain the pasta.
Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add the kale, chickpeas, lemon juice and cheese and cook until the kale is wilted.
Add the reserved pasta water and stir until everything is mixed well. Remove from the heat and garnish with more cheese, lemon juice and parsley.
Serve warm with crusty bread.
