Chicken Tortellini Soup is cooked in the crockpot and is hearty and filling. Chicken thigh meat is tender paired with cheesy tortellini pasta and vegetables. This soup is the perfect cold weather soup to warm you up!
• skinless chicken thighs • carrots • celery • cheese tortellini • chicken stock • salt and pepper • onion • garlic • Italian Seasoning
Add all ingredients except the cheese tortellini to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and add the cheese tortellini.

Cover and cook. Then, garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
