Wild Alaskan Salmon Filets Pre-Cored Pineapple Low-Sodium Soy Sauce Garlic Cloves | Brown Sugar Ketchup | Ginger Oregano | Pineapple Juice Crushed Red Pepper Green Onion | Parsley
In a bowl or ziploc, mix the soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ketchup, ginger, oregano, crushed red pepper, and pineapple juice. Add the salmon filets. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Allow salmon to come to room temperature. Prepare the grill and place the salmon and the pineapple rings on the grill. Use a brush to coat more of the marinade on the salmon.
Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side. If you don't want to flip them, then grill the salmon skin side down for about 13-15 minutes.
Place the salmon on a platter and garnish with fresh green onion, cilantro or parsley. Serve the pineapple alongside the salmon.
