Homemade Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Homemade Banana Oatmeal Cookies are healthy banana cookies mixing together oat flour, coconut sugar, almond butter, coconut oil, bananas, oats and chocolate chips.


– oat flour – coconut sugar or other granulated sugar – ground cinnamon {optional} – baking powder – almond butter or cashew butter – melted coconut oil – mashed banana – vanilla extract – Pinch of salt



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the oat flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.



Then add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and mix until the dough becomes soft.
