Lemon Herb Couscous

Lemon Herb Couscous is the perfect light and flavorful couscous recipe. Pearl couscous is combined with lemon juice and fresh herbs to create an easy side dish.


Pearl Couscous Water Lemon Fresh Parsley Fresh Basil Salt And Pepper Crushed Red Pepper

Cook the pearl couscous according to the package. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.  Add lemon juice, lemon zest and herbs and stir well.


Add salt and pepper to taste along with crushed red pepper {optional}. Serve warm or cold. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

You can also dress this couscous up with grilled vegetables, Parmesan, feta cheese or even beans, like chickpeas.

Pair this dish with your  favorite grilled meat, seafood  or alongside a hummus or  rice bowl.
