Roast Beef

These Roast Beef Sliders are the perfect easy weeknight meal to use up leftover roast beef. Tender, thinly sliced roast beef is layered onto soft Hawaiian rolls and topped with provolone cheese and caramelized onions. They make a great meal or snack for parties or a quick weeknight meal for your family.

INGREDIENTS

• Hawaiian rolls • provolone cheese • deli roast beef or leftover  roast beef • yellow onions • olive oil • unsalted butter • black pepper • maple syrup • Worcestershire sauce • spicy brown mustard • garlic powder • fresh parsley • poppyseeds

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet and set aside. Meanwhile, saute the onions until soft and slightly caramelized.

Cut the rolls horizontally in half. Place the bottom of the rolls onto the baking sheet.

Place 6 slices of provolone cheese on the rolls. Then, top the cheese with the roast beef.

Top with caramelized onions, followed by 6 slices of cheese. And top the half of the rolls to the sliders.

Combine melted butter with maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic powder, then use the mixture to glaze the rolls.

Cover the top of the rolls with an aluminum foil tent. Bake until the sliders are heated through and the cheese has melted.
