SPICY RAMEN NOODLE RECIPE

This is an easy Spicy Ramen Noodle Recipe that you can make in under 10 minutes. Ramen noodles are mixed together with a spicy Asian sauce and fresh green onions. You can pair with any protein.

KEY INGREDIENTS

– RAMEN – SESAME OIL – GREEN ONIONS – GINGER – SOY SAUCE – FISH SAUCE – CHILI POWDER – SRIRACHA

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the white parts of the chopped scallion and cook until softened, around 2 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant. Add the ramen noodles and toss to incorporate.

Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, chili powder, Sriracha and the green parts of the chopped scallion, toss and cook until everything is well coated.

Serve and top with sesame seeds and more Sriracha.
