Ingredients
8cupscauliflower floretsfrom 1 medium head of cauliflower
2tablespoonsolive oil
1 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspooncumin
1teaspoonpaprika
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/8teaspoonpepper
1cuphot sauce {I like Frank's}divided
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.Wash and cut the cauliflower into 1-inch florets and place them in a large mixing bowl the olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and 1/2 of a cup of the hot sauce.
Toss to combine. Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35-40 minutes, shaking the basket one or two times while cooking to promote even cooking.
Once the cauliflower is cooked to your liking pull it out and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of hot sauce and toss until coated. Serve warm with blue cheese dressing and celery.
Notes
You can store leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container and when you want to eat it you can reheat it in the air fryer for about 5 minutes on 350.
