I recently bought an air fryer {affiliate link} and I can not stop using it. There is so much to love about an air fryer and I don’t know why I didn’t jump on board sooner. I love how crispy the food gets in an air fryer and how quick and easy it is. Not to mention the simple clean-up and not heating up your house. There is just so much to love! To learn more about what air fry cooking is and get tips and tricks head to this post

Today I am excited to share a recipe that is perfect for your Super Bowl watching needs. I am crossing my fingers that the Green Bay Packers will be playing in that final game but no matter what the teams that play you better believe I will have tasty food on my table.

When I make a spread for game day football I like to include healthy options like these Cucumber Hummus Bites, this Mediterranean Flatbread and Cauliflower Wings otherwise known as Buffalo Cauliflower.

You want that perfectly cooked cauliflower that is slightly crispy when using the air fryer. Cook times depend on the temperature you are using. Follow these guidelines and make sure to shake that basket a few times for even cooking.

  • 425℉ bake for 20 to 25 minutes
  • 400 degrees takes about 30 minutes
  • 350℉ bake for about 35 minutes

You might be wondering what Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings are. It is basically like making chicken wings but using cauliflower. Sound strange? Well I am here to tell you if you get your cauliflower nice and crispy and use a buffalo sauce you won’t miss those chicken wings. At least I didn’t!

Making Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings is a nice, healthy alternative to meat. If you are having a tailgate or football watch party you have to add this to your menu. Pair these up with some blue cheese dressing and crispy celery and you have a winner!

Today’s recipe is my Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower but in the air fryer.

TURMERIC: If you like turmeric you have to try my Air Fryer Turmeric Cauliflower. The warm, rich spices are just out of this world. It is a favorite with many of my readers!

PAPRIKA: I love paprika, both sweet and smoky. You could toss your cauliflower in 1 to 2 teaspoons of paprika to add great flavor.

ITALIAN SEASONING: You can’t go wrong with an Italian seasoning on your cauliflower. You can either use a pre-made blend or make your own using this Homemade Italian Seasoning recipe.

PARMESAN CHEESE: I also love adding parmesan cheese to my cauliflower. Check out this recipe for Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower. You can follow the recipe but change the directions to follow the air fryer directions.

CURRY: Another really popular recipe that I have on my blog is for this Curry Cauliflower. You can easily use this recipe and make the cauliflower in the air fryer following the below directions.

Total Time: 45 minutes

Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is a healthy twist on your favorite wings recipe. The air fryer helps to create crispy, slightly spicy cauliflower wings that are perfect for game day, an appetizer or snack!

  • 7-8 cups cauliflower florets (from 1 medium head of cauliflower)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce {I like Frank's}, divided

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
Wash and cut the cauliflower into 1-inch florets and place them in a large mixing bowl the olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper and 1/2 of a cup of the hot sauce. Toss to combine.
Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35-40 minutes, shaking the basket one or two times while cooking to promote even cooking.Once the cauliflower is cooked to your liking pull it out and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of hot sauce and toss until coated.
Serve warm with blue cheese dressing and celery.

You can store leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container and when you want to eat it you can reheat it in the air fryer for about 5 minutes on 350.
