Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is a healthy twist on your favorite wings recipe. The air fryer helps to create crispy, slightly spicy cauliflower wings that are perfect for game day, an appetizer or snack!

I recently bought an air fryer and I cannot stop using it.
There is so much to love about an air fryer and I don’t know why I didn’t jump on board sooner. I love how crispy the food gets in an air fryer and how quick and easy it is. Not to mention the simple clean-up and not heating up your house. There is just so much to love!
Today I am excited to share a recipe that is perfect for your Super Bowl watching needs. I am crossing my fingers that the Green Bay Packers will be playing in that final game but no matter what the teams that play you better believe I will have tasty food on my table.
When I make a spread for game day football I like to include healthy options like these Cucumber Hummus Bites, this Mediterranean Flatbread and Cauliflower Wings otherwise known as Buffalo Cauliflower.
Recipe Ingredients
- Cauliflower: This recipe uses fresh cauliflower florets. Try to cut them into even pieces to they cook evenly.
- Spices: The spice mixture is garlic powder, cumin and paprika. These spices create a warm, rich flavor alongside the hot sauce.
- Hot Sauce: Add your favorite hot sauce. I like to use Frank’s hot sauce.
Ways to Modify this Cauliflower Recipe
- Turmeric: If you like turmeric you have to try my Air Fryer Turmeric Cauliflower. The warm, rich spices are just out of this world. It is a favorite with many of my readers!
- Paprika: I love paprika, both sweet and smoky. You could toss your cauliflower in 1 to 2 teaspoons of paprika to add great flavor.
- Italian Seasoning: You can’t go wrong with an Italian seasoning on your cauliflower.
- Parmesan Cheese: I also love adding parmesan cheese to my cauliflower. Check out this recipe for Parmesan Garlic Cauliflower. You can follow the recipe but change the directions to follow the air fryer directions.
- Curry: Another really popular recipe that I have on my blog is for this Curry Cauliflower. You can easily use this recipe and make the cauliflower in the air fryer following the below directions.
How to Make Air Fryer Cauliflower Wings

Step 2: Air Fryer: Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 35-40 minutes, shaking the basket one or two times while cooking to promote even cooking.

Storage Tips
Store the cauliflower in an airtight container for up to 4 days. To reheat you can heat in the air fryer again on low until crispy. You also can heat quickly in the oven or a skillet.
