This Easy Greek Burger Recipe is the perfect way to dress up a burger with your favorite Greek inspired flavors. Creamy tzatziki, lettuce, red onion, roasted red peppers and tomatoes are topped on an Angus beef burger and served with a Greek salad on the side. Your family will love this easy meal!
For the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Cook your Angus BUBBA burgers on the grill straight from the freezer (no thawing required). Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side. When the juices begin to rise to the top of the burger it is time to flip them. Burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
For the Tzatziki Sauce: While the grill is heating make the Tzatziki sauce by combining the Greek yogurt, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dill, cucumber salt and pepper and stir well to combine. Put in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Assemble: Set out 4 buns and top with lettuce, onion and then the burgers. Top the burger with a sprinkling of feta cheese and a dollop of tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
