Greek yogurt

lemon
juiced and zested

dill
finely chopped

hummus

cucumbers
seeded and finely diced

roasted red pepper

cherry tomatoes

feta cheese
crumbled
parsley
finely chopped for garnish
Pita chips
or crudités for serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl mix together Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice and dill.
Spread yogurt mixture evenly into the base of an 8X8 baking dish or a large rimmed plate.
Top with an even layer of hummus.
Top with a layer of cucumbers, followed by roasted red peppers, red onion, tomatoes and feta cheese. Finish with chopped parsley and mint.
Serve immediately with pita chips or crudités.
Notes
Feel free to add other ingredients like kalamata olives, pepperoncini's, fresh mint or green onions.
