In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon, mix well.
Add oats, raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips and coconut, mix well.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes (9 for me) or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool. Store in airtight container.
Notes
When I make oatmeal cookies I like them to be a little bit chewy. I have noticed that when the edges just start to get golden is the time to pull the cookies out. You might think they aren’t done yet but they are!
