1/2cup2% milk {or dairy of your choice}
1/4cupGreek Yogurt {or yogurt of your choice}
1cupfrozen peaches {more for garnish}
1/2cupblueberries {more for garnish}
1Tablespoonschia seeds
1teaspoonhoney {more or less for taste}
1teaspoonflax seed meal
A handful of ice
Granolaoptional, for topping
Almond slicesoptional, for topping
Chia seedsoptional, for topping
Fresh blueberriesoptional, for topping
Peach slicesoptional, for topping
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite smoothie bowl toppings including fresh blueberries, sliced peaches, granola and sliced almonds, chia seeds.
Notes
Feel free to use frozen or fresh fruit.
The frozen fruit is nice because it creates a thicker, creamier smoothie.
