For this Peach Blueberry Smoothie Bowl I added granola, sliced almonds, chia seeds, fresh blueberries and peach slices. There are a lot of ideas when it comes to toppings including coconut, a variety of nuts like pecans or walnuts, sunflower and hemp seeds. I recently tried this peach blueberry combination in a smoothie and fell in love. Peaches are on the top of my list when it comes to fruit and they just add such a nice flavor to smoothies.

How do you Make a Peach Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Step 1: Combine Ingredients: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Peach Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 2% milk , {or dairy of your choice}
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt , {or yogurt of your choice}
- 1 cup frozen peaches , {more for garnish}
- 1/2 cup blueberries , {more for garnish}
- 1 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey, {more or less for taste}
- 1 teaspoon flax seed , meal
- A handful of ice
- Granola, optional, for topping
- Almond slices, optional, for topping
- Chia seeds, optional, for topping
- Fresh blueberries, optional, for topping
- Peach slices, optional, for topping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite smoothie bowl toppings including fresh blueberries, sliced peaches, granola and sliced almonds, chia seeds.
Notes
- Feel free to use frozen or fresh fruit.
- The frozen fruit is nice because it creates a thicker, creamier smoothie.
