• cauliflower florets • olive oil • garlic powder • cumin • paprika • salt • pepper • hot sauce
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Wash and cut the cauliflower into 1-inch florets and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Toss to combine.
Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook, shaking the basket one or two times to promote even cooking.
Once the cauliflower is cooked to your liking, pull it out and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining hot sauce and toss until coated. Serve warm with blue cheese dressing and celery.
