• chicken tenders • all-purpose flour • Sriracha • buttermilk • sweetened flaked coconut • panko bread crumbs • eggs • salt and pepper
In a large bowl, combine buttermilk and Sriracha. Add chicken tenders and marinate.
Prepare the breadcrumb coating. Dip each tender in flour, egg mixture, then panko. Repeat with remaining tenders. And place on prepared baking sheet.
Air fry the chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through. Serve immediately.
