Herb Butter Roasted Turkey

Herb Butter Roasted Turkey is tender, flavorful and the perfect turkey to serve your guests over the holidays. This turkey makes Thanksgiving simple and is always a favorite at the table!

HERB BUTTER Unsalted Butter | Olive Oil Garlic Cloves | Sage | Rosemary Thyme | Parsley | Oregano  TURKEY Whole Fresh Bird Turkey Onion | Garlic | Lemon Sage | Rosemary | Thyme

In a medium mixing bowl add the butter, olive oil, garlic, sage, rosemary, thyme, flat leaf parsley, oregano and salt and pepper. Stir together until combined and set aside.

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the prepared turkey in a large roasting pan. Stuff the cavity with the onion, garlic, lemon, and herbs. Spread the herb butter mixture on the turkey, and under the skin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Use string to tie the legs together and tuck the wing tips under the body. Roast for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F in the thickest part of the thigh.

Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes, covered in aluminum foil, before carving to let the juices set. Carve the turkey and serve warm.
