Lemon Garlic Shrimp Linguine is a light pasta dish mixing shrimp, fresh parsley and a lemon garlic butter sauce. This seafood pasta recipe is great for a romantic date night, a dinner party or a light weeknight meal.


Linguine Unsalted Butter Garlic Cloves Sweet Onion Shrimp Lemon White Wine Fresh Parsley Salt And Pepper Parmesan Cheese Lemon Slices

Cook linguine according to package. While the pasta cooks heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, onion, and salt until the onion is soft.


Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and cook 4-6 minutes until the shrimp turns pink. Add the white wine and lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl add the pasta, shrimp mixture and salt and pepper to taste, stirring  to combine.  Add the zest of the lemon and the fresh parsley and stir again.

Serve on plates with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and lemon slices.
