Sometimes I like to cook complicated meals, and Valentine’s Day would be a good day to make date night into a cooking class at home, but for those that aren’t looking to spend a lot of time in the kitchen and would rather spend time enjoying your significant other, simple is your answer.

3 Ingredient Chocolate Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bites would make a nice bite sized dessert to cure a sweet tooth. And a nice thing about this dessert? You don’t have to feel really guilty eating them! I am the first to tell you that this is a heavenly combination and they aren’t too rich.

The creamy Greek yogurt and the melted milk chocolate create a sweet and tangy combination and the sea salt in the chocolate adds a subtle salty flavor. I used extra chocolate to make chocolate shavings and sprinkled that on top of the greek yogurt bites, because who doesn’t love a little extra chocolate? If you are thinking of making a batch of these and have children these will be a huge hit with them as well. When I was taking photos of these for the blog my kids could not keep their hands away from them.

If your kids like to help you in the kitchen this could be a fun recipe to make together. Once the chocolate is melted the kids can stir the Greek yogurt and chocolate together in a bowl. Then they can use a spoon to portion the chocolate Greek yogurt mixture into each mini fillo dough shell. And of course you have to let them sprinkle some of the chocolate shavings on each 3 Ingredient Chocolate Strawberry Greek Yogurt Bite because that is the fun part!
