Today I am sharing a round-up of 35 Mediterranean Recipes–my favorite type of food.  I grew up eating it since my Mom’s side of the family is Lebanese so I always love trying new and different recipes that bring in those flavors I love so much.

35 Mediterranean Recipes

As you look through this list you will see a variety of recipes from salads, to dinners, to snacks that are Mediterranean inspired.  The Mediterranean diet has been shown to have health benefits including that it is heart healthy.  This coupled with the fact that the food (in my opinion) tastes delicious should be reason enough for you to try a few of these recipes out!
