Cottage Cheese

Creamy, light and filled with protein, this Whipped Cottage Cheese is the perfect dip to serve with crunchy vegetables, pita chips or as a spread on toast!

Ingredients:

For the plain cottage cheese: • full-fat cottage cheese • ground pepper For garlic herb whipped  cottage cheese: • extra virgin olive oil • garlic • fresh parsley • fresh chives • fresh basil For lemon herb whipped cottage cheese: • lemon juice & zest • garlic • fresh dill • fresh parsley

For Plain Whipped Cottage Cheese:  1. Blend the cheese and black pepper. Taste and add more black pepper to taste.

Instructions

For Garlic Herb Whipped Cottage Cheese: 1. Blend the cottage cheese with the olive oil, garlic, parsley, chives, and basil. 2. Taste and season with more salt and pepper to taste. Add more olive oil or lemon juice for a thinner texture. 3. Serve in a shallow bowl with fresh herbs and crushed red pepper.

For Lemon Herb Whipped Cottage Cheese: 1. Blend the cottage cheese with the lemon juice and lemon zest, garlic, dill, and parsley. 2. Taste and season with more salt and pepper to taste. Add more olive oil or lemon juice for a thinner texture. 3. Serve in a shallow bowl with fresh herbs and crushed red pepper.
