Baked Sriracha Sweet Corn Dip

Baked Sriracha Sweet Corn Dip is warm, spicy and the perfect summer dip to feed a crowd. La Terra Fina’s Sriracha Three Cheese Dip is mixed with sweet corn and topped with pepper jack cheese and baked in the oven until bubbly. It is topped with fresh tomatoes, green onion and cilantro and served with chips.

One thing I love at a bbq, picnic or get together is appetizers–dips, spread, finger foods. If I am hosting a party I like giving my guests a spread of dips to snack on alongside chips, pita bread or cut up veggies. Today I am sharing a mouthwatering Baked Sriracha Sweet Corn Dip with you guys that is warm, cheesy and fresh.This dip has a bit of spice from the Sriracha but it isn’t overly spicy.

One thing I love about this dip is how colorful it is and the fact you can use up that extra sweet corn you might have in the fridge. This would be a nice addition to your summer picnics, bbqs or a family dinner. While this works great in the summer for easy entertaining, it also is a really nice tailgating dip too.

Today’s Baked Sriracha Sweet Corn Dip mixes together La Terra Fina Sriracha Three Cheese Dip with sweet corn {canned or fresh} and topped with shredded pepper jack cheese. It is then baked until bubbling and topped with fresh tomatoes, green onion and cilantro. I love serving my dip with a good helping of chips. I promise your guests are going to go crazy for this super simple dip.
