21 Ways to Use Kale {Superfood Saturday}


I have wanted to start a series on my blog for some time but wasn’t sure what to do. Every time I see my dad he suggests I do more posts featuring superfoods.  I love his suggestion and decided to start sharing a series every Saturday that features a round-up or a recipe featuring a superfood.

I hope this series will help give people ideas on how they can incorporate these powerful foods into their diets. Today I am starting the series off with a round-up of 21 Ways to Use Kale {in ways other than salads}.  I think a lot of people already use kale in salads, so I wanted to highlight other ways you can cook with kale and add it to dishes you already love.

What makes kale a superfood?

Just one cup of kale can provide more than 100 percent of your daily value for vitamins A and C. Kale is also a great source of vitamin K.
