This is a superb roundup of meals - every single one looks fantastic. I can't believe that each one only takes 15 minutes to prepare. I have been struggling to make healthy and quick meals every night lately. Things are crazy in this new normal with kids home so much. This list of quick meals will keep me sorted for a month! I usually spend an hour or more cooking dinner each night and I am desperate to cut down this time because it has become so stressful.
