Frozen Yogurt Granola Bites work great as a snack or even breakfast. These bites mix together yogurt, granola, honey and fresh fruit to create a frozen treat the kids will think is dessert.

FROZEN YOGURT GRANOLA BITES
Yogurt is an everyday staple in my house.
My kids love it, I love and my husband loves it. We eat it for breakfast sometimes but it doesn’t stop there.
Yogurt is versatile and can be used in many ways beyond your typical breakfast.
You can do anything from a typical yogurt, granola and berry breakfast to adding yogurt to a dessert or salad dressing or a pretty, delicious snack like today’s Frozen Yogurt Granola Bites.
These beautiful little frozen yogurt treats work great as a snack for the kids after school or even as breakfast.
My kids call them yogurt cupcakes and can’t get enough of them.
They consider these a treat–and will often eat one as dessert after dinner. I love that because I know that they are not only a delicious snack but also healthy.
These Frozen Yogurt Granola Bites use 4 main ingredients that are super simple: Yoplait® Original Strawberry Banana Yogurt , your favorite granola, honey and fresh fruit.
The wonderful thing about these yogurt bites is you can choose the flavors. Yoplait® has a wide variety of yogurt flavors for you to pick from as the base to your frozen yogurt bites.
Once you choose your yogurt flavor you will also need honey, either buy or make your own granola and pick a fresh fruit.
You can mix things up with fresh banana slices, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi or any other fresh fruit you fancy.
Your favorite yogurt just got better. Yoplait® Original Strawberry Banana, now with more fruit.
More fruit? You better believe it. I love that there is more fruit, making these yogurts extra tasty.
Another thing I love is that every cup of Yoplait Original has 20% DV of Calcium and Vitamin D.
That’s a great start to a day or an afternoon or post-workout snack.
As we approach Valentine’s Day these would also be a great treat to give your little Valentine.
I know my kids would love to wake up to one of these to make them feel extra special. Nothing says I love you like a delicious Frozen Yogurt Granola Bite, right?
Frozen Yogurt Granola Bites
Frozen Yogurt Granola Bites work great as a snack or even breakfast. These bites mix together yogurt, granola, honey and fresh fruit to create a frozen treat the kids will think is dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 - containers of Yoplait® Original Strawberry Banana Yogurt
- 1 cup granola, store-bought or homemade
- 3 teaspoons honey
- Fresh fruit of your choice
Instructions
Line a 6 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine the honey and granola and stir until the granola is coated by the honey.
Spoon the granola into the cupcake liners using the spoon or your finger to press down the granola {you can to form a crust for the yogurt}.
Divide the yogurt evenly over the granola. Add chopped fresh fruit of your choice.
Put the muffin tin in the freeze for 5-6 hours, or overnight. When you are ready to eat the frozen yogurt bites remove from the freezer and let sit on the counter for 15 minutes to help them thaw slightly. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to use any flavor yogurt you would like along with any fresh fruit to go with it.
I have tried skipping the cupcake liners but I feel these come out of the muffin tin much easier in the cupcake liner so I suggest using them.
