I recently asked my readers what they wanted more of in 2019. Vegetarian, plant based meals was one of the requests. I am working on some great recipes for 2019 that will be vegetarian, plant based and full of nutrients, so stay tuned!

Hi Julia, this post was amazing, I had fun looking at the images. My favorite has to be the lentil soup. I am a big fan of Dhal and rice, which lentils are used in this dish also and it is really delicious you should try it sometime.
