Today we are talking about blueberries.  Those small but mighty little berries that my kids and I gobble up on a daily basis.  Growing up in Michigan I developed a serious love for blueberries and spent a lot of summers picking them on various farms. There are many ways to use blueberries from pies, to jam, to desserts, to smoothies.  If you are a smoothie lover, then today’s 9 Superfood Blueberry Smoothies are a good way to incorporate blueberries into your diet.  Did you know that blueberries are an antioxidant, high in fiber, an excellent source of Vitamin C and are high in manganese.
